        Long time member of this gym. The coaches are friendly, motivated, and knowledgable. The equipment is top-notch and plentiful. The space has everything one needs for a full body workout and plenty of space for rowing and running. The classes are scalable to fit one's needs - from beginner to expert. There are a lot of classes during the day and open gym times if you want to work out solo. The best part is the community of people who are welcoming and supportive! There is no intimidation or "better than you" mentality - everyone looks our for each other. Still here after all these years. Coaches are still stellar, classes still fun with a supportive community, and they put safety and technique first.
