Edible Arrangements

I walked in to the store not really knowing what I was doing. I knew I wanted something delectable. Jackie and Yanci, two of the employees there, helped me pick out the right arrangement for me. They suggested to dip some of the fruits, and helped me pick out some balloons and other goodies. The fruits were arranged and dipped perfectly, everything was very fresh and tasted AMAZING. It ultimately ended up being a great gift and I am very thankful for every employee there, 5 star review for the establishment and the arrangement, and an 11 star review for the employees.

I ordered a berries and fruit bouquet for my friend's 60th birthday.Not only did they mess up the order and only delivered the berries their customer service was horrendous. I live in another state and trusted the brand to do a good job. The staff Jamaal was very casual about the mistake and offered a refund without even apologizing. He dod not offer to diffuse the situation by going an extra mile by offering to deliver the missing items. Will not be using this store in future

I had a great first time experience with this location. Ordered online, confirmed delivery time via phone with an associate at this location. On the day of - the fruit looked beautiful and arrived during my desired time. I would highly recommend!
