I have worked with Bruce Construction on three different projects in three different properties and they are excellent. Carlos, the principal, is professional and competent. They are creative in helping conceive solutions and can address the widest range of contracting, construction and home renovation work. The pricing is fair and transparent, and they are easy to work with and can-do. Lets be honest, contractors in general are a mixed bag. I am grateful to know and be able to call on Bruce. I had several updates to my home completed this past summer (2022) by Bruce Contractor LLC. They were referred to me by a neighbor, and I fully understand why. I met Carlos and his team; they did excellent work for a reasonable price. Carlos had great suggestions and ideas when I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, which was extremely helpful. The team took a lot of pride in their work, they were very prompt, and they were also very responsive when I had questions, or needed them to take another look at something. They were very professional, cleaning up after each job and making sure that I was pleased with the result. They showed up on time (or even early) each day, did quality work and were very friendly to boot. I have already recommended Bruce Contractor LLC to another friend, who met with Carlos and his team. He reached out to me immediately to say how impressed he was and to thank me for giving him Carlos's contact information.
