GPC Construction

Honestly, I am still blown away with the transformation of our basement. Our basement walls were leaking from every direction, and mold had grown on the foundation walls. GPC came in and waterproofed the basement internally and cleaned all mold and air tested the basement to ensure the mold was gone. We had new drywall, paint and flooring installed, and the basement was fully transformed into a modern basement. We are very satisfied with the work and quality of the renovation.

At first, we didnt know where to start. We wanted to dig out our basement and finish it into a fully functional apartment. We found GPC Construction on Google, and they had great reviews, so we contacted them for a quote. The project overall took 1-year to complete, however we understand the complicity of the project. We dug out a new basement underneath our existing rowhouse in Washington DC. We were amazed that they were able to do it while we were still living in the house, and we didnt have to move out. GPC created a new basement out of our 2 feet crawl space and turned it into a fully functioning basement apartment with new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and living area.

Brought our kitchen out of the seventies. The GPC team are meticulous and answered all our renovation needs. from electrical, to painting, cabinet installations, to flooring...and we love all the new construction! Eric and Victor were the lead carpenters and helped see our project through, seamlessly. Communication is excellent The project took 6 weeks to complete, but we were able to use the kitchen sink, fridge and microwave after the second week into the renovation. The have also remodeled our living room by adding recessed lights and installing an accent wall. Overall, we highly recommend GPC.

I moved into a home with a very old kitchen that had deteriorated over time and needed to be updated. I researched and contacted Go Pro construction. Was lucky enough to get a call back from their office the same day, and they scheduled a consultation with one of their senior consultants the same week. We worked out the scope of work needed to renovate our kitchen while staying within budget. We decided to replace the kitchen cabinets, countertops, and plumbing fixtures. The flooring was in good shape, so we left it as is. I also installed the appliances on my own using best buy, so this was not included in their scope of renovation. We are happy with the transformation and the kitchen remodel completion. Even when we called them for a warranty service call, they came out the very next day and fixed the cabinet door.

Paul was very on top of it.They provided us with a will written and detailed estimated that included everything needed for the project. We did have a couple of change orders,but it was for additional work that we requested. Definitely A+.
