I'm very pleased that I called them. I tried to do it myself and got stuck. I called Bluehawk and they squeezed me in their schedule. I internally questioned their decision to place just one guy at 1st. It was a great move, he was so fast, conscientious, and accommodating. Worked with me run speaker cables around the edge and put notches in the 1/4 round. They also worked around my need to get one room complete, transfer furniture from the bedroom to the completed rec room, and then return a few days later to do the bedroom. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Service: Install flooring
