We and our family have been clients of Carmichael Hill since 2007-08 when David Carmichael was still active in the practice. Jim Stewart who now owns the business was relatively new and has always been involved with our family's portfolios. They have been great for us and I can't think of a better partner, always giving sound advice even when my ideas have been a little wacky, shall we say. The fact that they are local is another positive. They have always been helpful and generous with their time and I've learned a lot from them.

Working with Jim, Matt, Phillip and the rest of the team has been great for us. They dug in and researched our situation which helped significantly our cash flows as we entered retirement. I highly recommend these folks.

I contacted Carmichael Hill & Associates on financial advise and was informed of other financial services they provide. Ive known Jim Stewart, the owner and his family for 18 years and Ive always trusted him. He took time to explain in detail they provide investment management and financial planning solutions. I realized immediately that I needed his services! He was so patient! Jim and an Associate, also patient worked with me to get all paperwork (financial, etc.) completed and transferred seamlessly. If I have a question, they are very quick to respond. I am very pleased with their services!
