It's time to find a new doctor! If there were an option for zero stars, I would have given this practice a zero. I had an eye infection three weeks ago and was seen by a PA. The infection continued to get worse. After seeing an ophthalmologist I learned I was given the wrong medication after seeing the PA. Today, I made an appointment for my husband, who thinks he has strep throat. He was commuting from VA to get to his 3:00pm appointment and arrived at 3:11pm. They told him he was too late to be seen and cancelled his appointment. We have been patients for years and yet neither of us have ever been seen by the actual doctor. Do not go to this unaccommodating, rude practice!!!

I feel extremely well cared for here. Dr Janssen listens to me and really works through every concern I have. His staff is knowledgeable and kind.

If you notice this place hasn't had a good review since 5 years ago I've been going here since 2020 and If you want to be treated like a human. DO NOT GO HERE. What was distasteful was my last Physical, where I was 10 minutes late (grace period) but I was told because the doctor (Jamie) had a long morning my appointment would be rushed. I couldn't tell her all the things going wrong because (even though they will charge my insurance for the time) she was just not up to seeing me for more than 10 minutes. So I had to rush through everything and still got the wrong prescriptions called in because that's how much she listened to me (while also verbally letting me know i needed to rush because she was tired) I swear I'm not exaggerating. Fast forward to a week ago. I've called every single day to try and get a sick appointment because I was throwing up blood. I was told every single day Rudely by there receptionist there's no appointments. Never once did they ask what the problem or how could they help me or anything. I finally reached my boiling point (which I shouldn't have to do because realistically WHO WANTS TO BE SICK!?!?) And suddenly they had appointments available....... I should never have to get out of character and get angry to get healthcare but hey this is where we are. Im changing PCP's but. Are there any good doctors anywhere anymore? Please let me know if you're reading this and have a good one to recommend. Update: spoke with a rude receptionist at 9:39am on 12/21/23 about my concerns and all she was concerned about was a no show fee!! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH

This business has the most rude and unhelpful front desk I have ever experienced. The few people that are in the office are never on the same page, getting times wrong, unable to assure when managers will be in the office, and acting like they hate their job while being so bad at it. Honestly would never recommend to anyone ever again. You would think that in a decent location like the Kent lands they would be able to attract someone with a little bit of urgency and amicability to answer the phone and greet people. 0 stars.
