        Dr. Landau is great, I have no complains about him. His staff on the other hand have horrible customer service skills. They are lost, dont know when they should be in the office to work. The staff from the lab is definitely the worst one. Phlebotomist does not know her own schedule nor the amount of people that are coming in for bloodwork. That is ridiculous! Have to wait for her to show up after the secretary had mentioned that she was coming late. She definitely came in late, what is interesting is that her breakfast is more important than the patients apparently. I have to say that Ms. Linda is the only person that takes her job seriously there.

        Don't know where to begin to express how great Dr. Landau is he truly cares about his patients well-being. I believe finding a practioner like him is extremely rare. I would recommend him to friends and family.
