Doctors are hard to reach, do not respond to messages when they claim they will, often make you wait 45 minutes after your appointment time to meet, and repeatedly ask you for your health care provider information when nothing has changed. The best thing that can be said is that they are located in a convenient location.

If I can give it zero stars, I would. I have never encountered less qualified clinicians to care for my mother. It has been one medication error after the other by multiple providers in this practice. They lack proper assessment skills, especially neurologically speaking. Forget about remaining on your current medication regimen, they will change it to whatever they feel fits, although it has been the same and stable for over a decade. If you are not experienced with psychiatric medications or cardiac medications, please do not care for patients who are on them. Look out for them and refer them accordingly to someone who can safely manage their care. Absolutely appalled by this practice.
