Went to see Dr Steele and my experience was way above expectations. I arrived 20 minutes early and was taken right away. Dr Steele has the best bedside manner and couldn't have been any nicer. She spent a good amount of time with me and all of my concerns and explained everything in detail as to what she was doing and what to expect after I left. I received a follow up call from Monica and she was just as exceptional! And then another from Dr Steele. I would highly recommend this practice if you want to be treated like a human instead of cattle like my previous dermatologist. Too bad I can only rate 5 stars, they deserve 10 easily.

Arrived early for an appointment. Wasnt taken back to the room until 15 minutes after the originally scheduled appointment time. Once in the room, had to wait another 15 minutes without a single person stopping in the room to apologize or update me on what was taking so long. When I asked Dr. Ford if a 30 minute lag time between scheduled appointment and actually being seen was to be expected, she said it was about normal. So, expect a 30 minute delay between your actually scheduled time of appointment and actually being seen by Dr. Ford.
