If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never been so unhappy with a practice in my entire life. I have had at least 5 cancelled appointments and then when they do reschedule, it takes an act of God and usually delays my treatment by several weeks. The appointment availability is so very limited. When I first started going, they were there on Mondays and another day, so I could make it work with my work schedule. Then, the orthodontist left and they got a new one and now the days are Wednesdays or Fridays, which is horrendous for my work schedule. I never would have gone there if I knew how limited the schedule was going to be, and certainly if I knew how often my appointments would get cancelled. To make matters worse, if I ask to talk to anyone other than the receptionist, I either do not get a response or it takes many days. If I haven't already made all my payments, I would have switched, but I just want to finish my treatment and never come back.

I was a great experience. Very direct to the situation, from tightening braces to replacing brackets.

Everyone was friendly and efficient with their work. I was happy with their care towards my son.

The service is spectacular! Everyone is so kind, specially Stephanie! She is the best! Also Jessie , she is supper attentive and knows what she is doing and Dr. Collymore always makes me laugh!
