Deck Maxtor updated our 30 yo screened in prch The scope of work included replacing all the old wood between the deck floor and roof, the carpentry was outstanding. The patio was also cleaned, stained and our screens were replaced. high quality proper doors were installed and the electric was updated with a new lights AaMiguel was personal and listened to our vision for space, he was not hesitant to give his professional option. Miguel l has a good sense of how things should look and was usually right. We absolutely love our renovated outdoor space and spend many hours enjoying it. Deck Maxtor power washed and stained seal my deck, wooden walkways and fence. The deck and fence were over 16 years old, and the fence had never been cleaned abd stained . Miguel was so responsive and helpful, and the price was very reasonable. The team did a fantastic job! They were professional, hardworking and cleaned everything up at the end. I thought I would have to spend thousands to replace all the fencing, but when Deck Maxtor finished, it looked brand new! I am so happy with the job done by Deck Maxtor! I purchased my first home about a year ago in Silver Spring and wanted to get a new deck installed for entertaining and nice summer weather. Miguel responded to my voicemail quickly, gave me an in-person estimate, and I got my new deck installation within a weeks time in September. Its absolutely beautiful!!!
