Don't be concerned about the office in a semi-light-industrial setting. The service is OUTSTANDING and professional. I was about to give up on my beloved HP and within a short time all my problems were solved. No really GO to Vitaltech, they will take care of you, quickly, courteously, competently and honestly. I now know who to recommend without any hesitation!

Update - The owner called to apologize, gave me a very clear explanation of the problem with my laptop and is refunding my money and giving a discount on another job. Apparently they are very good a certain things, but I was charged $15 to be told "we can't fix it" and an incoherent description of what the problem might be ("something mechanical"). Tech made a couple of other remarks that made me question how knowledgeable he was. My suggestion would be to go ahead if you need a screen replacement or other repair they advertise or others have given them a good review for, but tread with caution if you have something non-standard.
