LifeClinic Chiropractic & Rehabilitation - Gaithersburg, MD

Sharon is the Pilates instructor at the Gaithersburg location and I wanted to write a review about how awesome she is!! I had a one on one session with her and right away she greeted me with a smile and a great attitude. Keep in mind, this is my first ever Pilates experience. Sharon gave me an assessment and explained to me the importance of alignment in our bodies. After the assessment she showed me the machine and we went over and performed the many practices that Pilates offer. Overall, I had the best time discovering Pilates and Sharon was the best instructor :)

My fault agreeing to their package they were selling. I have a bad shoulder issue and started at twice a week where the chiropractor would work on me for about 15 minutes. After awhile it became once a week and eventually about once a month. The chiropractor leaves and they told me I would continue to be charged for several more months for nothing but supposedly that is what I agreed to which is several hundred dollars a month. My shoulder is just as bad as before and a 15 minute session did nothing. A total waste.
