        Thanks a bunch Mohit! I have no complaints. Everyones polite, dedicated, and professional. All the needs of my visit were addressed. My mom and I traded in our old phones for new ones and, let me say, we both were given exceptional attention to ensure satisfaction with our phones. Im glad I was given genuine, informative, and helpful customer service. I learned new things about my device and how to manage it too (thats always a plus). Im visiting again this week!

        The Gaithersburg team is amazing! My phone took about 9 hours to transfer and they kept it overnight and did everything. The next day I was able to pick up a completely organized and set phone. They were very patient, answered all my questions and took care of everything in a professional way. I highly recommend this location!
