From the very first time I spoke with Ralph, I knew I was going to like him. He cared enough to have an in-person consultation with me to be certain he understood what I was going for and to ensure he set aside enough time for my appointment. He offered great suggestions to enhance what I desired, and I absolutely loved the look he created for me. When my daughter said she wanted highlights, I knew Ralph would take great care of her, and I’ve referred friends as well.
