        Called on behalf of my friend and was told that I was speaking with the attorney who would handle the case and that they needed to speak to my friend. Handed the phone to my friend and the attorney (Im guessing Stephen) started out okay on the call but eventually was not professional at all. He talks over you and doesnt let you speak. Is not confident about winning cases at all. Makes it seem like everything losesso what is the point of hiring you for your services then? Sounds like you arent good at what you do. He went on and on about other peoples cases without asking the full details of my friends situation. When my friend was over the conversation because of the rude attitude, they mentioned they would call this attorney back at another time after speaking with other attorneys. Stephen said dont bother and hung up. Cannot believe the unprofessionalism. Would never recommend anyone to hire this man.

      Although I very much enjoy providing free advice to callers when I have the time, too many callers will not answer direct questions and expect me to stop everything I am doing to listen to everything they have to say whether relevant or not. And if I try to keep the conversation efficient, they hang up and post a bad review. Why do I bother? Because I care for others even when they show no concern or respect for me or my time. My numerous good reviews and callers expressing appreciation for my time and advice reminds me that the effort is still worth it.

      This false review falls under the "no good deed goes unpunished' category after offering the courtesy of free legal advice. Some callers seem to believe that they are entitled to a preferred outcome in their case irrespective of the facts or the law. Some just cannot accept straight forward, honest advice. And when they do not receive the 'advice' or 'respect' that they 'deserve' from randomly calling a lawyer willing to offer that free advice promptly, they write a bad review knowing nothing about who the lawyer is and/or the solid legal advice offered to them, many others in the past at no cost and for the numerous paying clients well represented in nearly 40 years of practice. So glad I advised this person that I was not interested in their case after experiencing such attitude. And the review filed is confirmation that I made the correct choice.
