image I have lived at this property 15 years ago from Chicago. This is the best place.Mr Roy Wilkinson is the best manager. He is so professional in all he does. MS BIANCA IGLESIAS takes good care of the residents in a professional manner. She's always nice and pleasant. This is the best team I've seen in a while.

From the moment we stepped in, Jaylyn greeted us with warmth and professionalism, making us feel right at home. Her knowledge about the property and willingness to address all our queries truly stood out.
We're eagerly anticipating our upcoming viewing of the three-bedroom apartment, but what we did see seemed very nice. Jaylyn's attention to detail during our discussion about the amenities left us feeling confident that Sawyer Flats is the perfect fit for us.

image Our washer goes out over the weekend so we put in a maintenance request obviously knowing it would get seen till Monday, no issue. Monday pass didnt hear anything which we get since its coming out of the weekend but Tuesday comes and its mid afternoon and still nothing so I reachout to the office and told they will check and give a call right back. Couple hours pass and nothing so I call back and they act as they never spoke to me and I told them we need someone come up and replace the washer. So Id say around 5 someone finally comes up to tell us what we already know which its broke and they dont have any washers to give us and they have to order one. Mind you there are several units occupied at the moment they could grab one from but whatever. They then tell us it could be Wednesday but no later than Thursday, fine is what it is. Wednesday nothing but Thursday afternoon comes around 3 I reachout to the office again and again they seem clueless but they tell me they will reachout and call me back. Yet again nothing from office so I call back right before 5 and they said they had to order it today. This is 2 days after they said it was going to be ordered. At this point Im done. Lowes is 5 mins up the road and they could gotten a low end washer to replace the Lowes that was in my $3000 a month rent apt. I ask to speak to the person in charge but surprise he isnt there. 2 weeks later still have yet to hear from this Roy person that runs this place, but I digress so, finally someone from maintenance gives me a call to tell me they will be pulling a Washer from another unit and will be in first thing Friday morning. Now why couldnt this have been done on Tuesday when I Suggested this?
Its very clear that this a huge lack of communication between office and Maintenance. Which then leaves the renter in limbo. Lets hope they can get their act together.
