    Easiest experience, Angie was soo knowledgeable and good at what she does. Normally the paper work overwhelms me. Angie knows everything inside and out. Couldnt have been any smoother.

    Angie in the office is great and doing her best, but the owners of the complex are horrible. Do not move here if you've got any other options. They selectively and capriciously enforce lease requirements, and try to claim the lease says things it doesn't say, like that a folding cart used to get things between the car and the apartment shouldn't be outside or that an Adirondack chair is somehow 'indoor furniture' just because it's not cheap plastic, but actually wood from when things were made to last. They don't want to pay for enough maintenance people so the ones they have are always overworked and rushing. And they must be hiring the cheapest contractors because the contractors do awful jobs. The exterminator was using stuff that made my cats sick even after I specifically asked if it was pet safe and was told it was fine after two hours. I had hundreds of dollars in vet bills trying to figure out what was making the cats sick, and didn't figure out what to problem was until I had to not let the exterminator in one week because I had a zoom meeting, and then a few days later my cats weren't sick anymore. And then a neighbor told me her dog kept getting sick from being walked to the pet area, and she had to start carrying him there. I had my entire pantry/laundry room torn apart to supposedly fix a leak that caused mold and then had to call maintenance about it three more times, one of which was just ignored, before it was finally supposedly fixed! (and I'm not convinced it won't come back, the leak was intermittent to start with.) And the landscaping contractors keep damaging the hvac! Plus I had to repeatedly call about my dishwasher leaking after I first moved in, and when the "new" one didn't actually get my dishes clean (either it wasn't new or it's just a cheap piece of junk), I was told it was because I wasn't using rinse agent (when I was), and that they weren't going to do anything else. And on top of ALL that, they kept not giving notice of things like inspections in the time frames required by the lease/law, even after they changed the lease to shorten the notice time, so they switched to only paper notices instead of emailed, but they backdate the notices, like people don't have doorbell cameras that see when notices were actually delivered. That's another thing, they don't actually mail the notices securely, they just tuck them in door frames, not even *taping* them, and then the landscapers come thru with the leaf blower and blow the envelopes away! And then it's somehow resident's fault that we didn't get notice of things when they should have sent an email and securely delivered the paper copy! Also the construction is horrible, I can hear the people upstairs and next door way too clearly. When the toddlers upstairs run around, it shakes my walls so badly things on shelves that touch the wall fall down! I had to move my shelves away from the walls or put foam between my shelves and the walls so things would stop falling. They also raised the rent 10% at the last lease renewal because "it wasn't market rate", but it was absolutely in line with similar quality properties. If they want to charge more they need to actually improve things like hiring more maintenance and better quality contractors. And I'm pretty sure they retaliate against people who post negative reviews. They never said anything about the stuff on my porch until I first posted something critical here.
