They have a rental property next to mine. The rental basement floods all the time due to plumbing issues at that property. Justin ran a sump pump and drain hose out of the property's basement and let the water drain into my yard. Flooding my yard with their household water usage. When I complained about this his worker was quite rude. I had to call the city and my own property management to deal with him.. His last tenants at this property owned large dogs that were never leashed and often attacked us and other neighbors, biting a child on the street. When this issue was being addressed and Justin was called, his business denied managing this property, but they did and just didn't want to deal with the tenant and issue. Very unprofessional and give off the impression of slum lord.

Went in for my interview and the office assistants were very warm,open and helpful. Then I met the guy that I did my interview with (sorry forgot name) was very respectful, clean cut. Asked all the right questions and was very friendly. I really hope I get the chance to work for him and show them the experience I have. I have been to a few interviews but this one was by far my favorite. PS: please give me the job. I'll make you proud and you won't regret it. An no matter how it turns out I thank you for the interview and it was very nice meeting you. From the way you described the job I'd really love to work for you so fingers crossed
