        The company is great. I had them install a 160+ foot split rail fence. The job was quickly and professionally done even with rain. Spoke several times with the installers, and they were friendly and local to Garrett county. They were able to talk me through several options that came up at the last minute. Highly recommended.

        The fencing is beautiful but after installation, we called to tell him the gate would not latch properly and we were having to bungee it closed. He never showed up to take care of the issue. Recently, someone backed into our fence and we called American Fence to ask him for a post and several panels. He dropped off the panels but we have called to ask about a post several times and he is not returning our calls. The person who damaged our fence is paying for the parts and the repairs, so it isn't like we are asking for anything free. I find this to be rude and unprofessional.
