        I had a yoga and reiki session. I found a lot of meaning during it. I was masking a lot of fear I was having about a big event that was coming up. The Reiki session showed me by turning my feet very cold. I was in a lot of denial about it all and the session opened my eyes to being more honest with myself.

Just bring yourselfand enjoy the gentle stretching and relaxation. I so admire that Marybeth offers this experience at rates that make it accessible to many. Treat yourself!

        I've been coming to Lily's Loft weekly for almost a year and I cherish my time there. I do yoga and meditation under Marybeth's excellent guidance. It has truly made a difference in my life. It's time I carve out for me. It helps keep me grounded and has improved my yoga practice. I can't praise the Loft highly enough. If you've ever dreamed of finding some space to breath, this is it.

        Lily's Loft is such a lovely quaint studio! After a session, I always feel so relaxed and renewed. Reiki was new to me, and I was heistant to try it at first, but Marybeth put me at ease with her competence and knowledge. She made the whole experience a pleasant one!
