Frederick Health Urgent Care (Urbana)

These people dont deserve to work in the medical industry let alone an urgent care. My 10 month old son break out in hives in the evening. We got everything packed up and headed straight there. We called them to make sure they were open and said they are but close at 8. At this point we were only 7 mins away and would get there around 07:59/8 on the dot. These people had to nerve to tell us they close at 8 so they wont be able to help us and referred us to the er in Frederick about 25 mins away. This is beyond unacceptable and unbelievable.

The check-in sucks. Rude rude rude! I felt threatened immediately by a shouting woman. She needs retraining on customer communications. This behavior is not appropriate for a health care setting.

This place became horrific and unprofessional! In 2 months span I was misdiagnosed with back issue and my wife was not diagnosed at all with severe allergic reaction! I've been using this place for years and it was never this bad! Some NPs working there must be stripped off their licenses for lack of knowledge and inability to perform condition assessment!

This is definitely one of the worst health care Ive ever been. The front desk lady is so unsympathetic. I called in need for my mother and asked if they take her insurance or do cash. They dont take her insurance which is fine and not even offer cash pay option and so we got turned away like that. They clearly dont care about patients. Why is this place even existing till now?! Health department needs to come and redo the whole training of this practice or something

Excellent experience for possible cracked rib. Fantastic staff in order of appearance to me: Alicyn, Jason, Sean, Courtney & Ally. All were professional with a huge dose of kindness, patience & humor when needed. THANKS!
