        Ben went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed to safely get my move done. I really appreciate his personal attention and excellent service. I will never use another Uhaul place and I highly recommend this business.

        You want to be served right and with excellent customer service, look no further! There was a systematic error with my reservation, but Joseph resolved the problem AND provided great customer service by assuring me that he will get everything situated. Also, there was disgruntled customer before me, but he walked out smiling- don't think I have to explain more about the customer service! I hope corporate reads this and reward Joseph for representing U-Haul the best way!
