Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jeff and the rest of the team did a great job. Honestly could not believe the difference in the quality of the ride with the new Continental tires and 4 wheel alignment. Will definitely go back for other service.... Thanks again!!!

I made an appointment and had tires ordered for it but a mix up happened. My tires werent ordered and my appointment wasnt on the books. I explained that I had a quote and couldnt wait longer than initially expected due to an appointment. The assistant manager handled the situation great. He made no excuses, apologized for their error, and got the right tires sent over immediately. They made sure I was out the door in the amount of time I originally expected. I appreciate the honesty of a company that can admit a mistake AND immediately fix it!

Shannon and Ben were extremely courteous and helpful. They took the time to explain the various options available and helped select the right tires for my vehicle. The waiting area is comfortable and the work was done quickly. Overall, I was impressed with the customer service. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of tires, tire repair, or other automotive services! Thanks!

Even while short staffed managed to change my oil and patch a tire in less than an hour. Kind and professional staff made my visit painless and quick.
