Ive had services such as spark plug replacement, CV axle assembly and brake flush. They do a great job. The shuttle service is really convenient. Thank you!

I took my car to have the engine fixed and they gave it to me with the bad clutch, without the car being able to move and they were not responsible for the problem. Good to charge bad to respond.

It was so easy to get the car we wanted. We went in late in the evening and still got personalized (and not rushed) service. We wanted a car that was in transit and as we were leaving, it showed up so the manager drove it around for us to look at. The whole process took less than 2 hours which is a record as far as I'm concerned.

I actually sold my Subaru because of their garbage service manager Ashley. The service people try their best but are overridden by a "screw the customer" service manager Ashley. Everything is a "no" or "not our problem" with her. It started with a dead battery within 1st month of purchase when it had been parked in a snow storm for days (no the lights were not left on and even if they had been it was a brand new car and they were automatic shutoff lights) was the first battle and there were MANY. My final straw was a continuous issue with my windshield where after a few hundred miles the windshield would smear to the point of serious danger - could not see if it rained or snowed - could not drive the car. They tried replacing wiped blades etc and I still believe it was a faulty windshield but was not willing to die over them refusing to fix the issue. They kept saying it was where I parked but at work I was in the wide open near no trees and at home it was garage parked and magically my new car I replaced my Outback with NEVER had the issue. Subaru may be great but the service department under her rule is less than a 0 rating. If it hadn't been for the others she constantly overruled, I would have left them a long time ago and hence no more Subaru. Bad for the Subaru brand that a dealer allows this. *** Update Subaru had a recall for this very issue!!!
