I wish I could give 6 or more stars! PJ's did a nice job on some gutter and drain spout work in December. Now, as I was getting the yard ready for spring, I noticed that one of the new downspouts stopped about three feet from the ground, which is where we had had it before because we had it filling a rain barrel we no longer use. So I reached out to them, asking if they could extend it to the ground. I was clear that they had not made any mistakes, and that I was more than happy to pay for time and materials for the extension. Nonetheless, they showed up THE NEXT DAY and did the extension AT NO COST. Now THAT'S a commitment to customer satisfaction! (And it got them this review.)

would love to start by saying response time is fantastic, owner is more than understanding, accommodating, and very good at explaining the cause behind issues that arise, although it may be frustrating and expensive it truly pays to go with professionals, as being let down in the past by other companies its nice to actually find honest people who care! these guys explained what needs to be done, and will soon be putting a roof on my parents home now!!!! more than pleased!

PJ Roofing is a great company to use and my experience with them is fantastic. They installed my new roof and from three estimates their price was the best. After the roof was installed I thought there was a leak and turned out there was no leak and the problem was completely unrelated to the roof. They made 2 visits to my home until they figured out the problem and they actually fixed that too Today I thought there was another problem with the roof, so I asked them to come out and check it. After calling them I discovered that my problem had nothing to do with the roof again, but they still came out to check it even after I called them to cancel. I have never had this type of exceptional service with any other company before.
