Nancy is the best realtor Ive dealt with. Im from out of state didnt have a lot of contacts in the area for prepping the house. Nancys recommendations and contacts helped us tremendously and the rates were reasonable for what we had done in prepping the house which was a lot. She definitely went above a beyond in my book. She is very responsive I never had to wonder what was going on in the process. She always called as soon as she knew anything I never had to call and ask where are we at which is a big deal for me.

Nancy made our out-of-state house hunting easy. We were relocating from Arizona to Maryland. Due to Covid travel restrictions and our tight timeline, we had to buy a house without seeing it in person. Nancy toured the homes, we were interested in with us on video conference, so we could get a closer look at the home. As we found homes, we were interested in, she would tell us what amenities were in the area, such as grocery stores and restaurants. Her kindness didnt stop when we signed the papers, she checked in on us as we neared our moving date to see if there was anything, she could do for us. Nancy is excellent to work with!

Words cant express how grateful I am for meeting Nancy and having her as our agent. The home we recently purchased was our first and because of Nancys assiduous efforts throughout the home buying process, we were able to close on our gorgeous home in Ballenger Creek. When I first spoke to Nancy on the phone, I felt as if she genuinely cared about us as first time home buyers. She shared a great deal of helpful information and she hadnt even met us yet. And no, it wasnt a sales pitch. She actually cared. We decided to meet and chat about what we would like to purchase.
