We had a great experience working with Cas. He helped us buy our first home and was there with us through every step of the process, making sure we always felt comfortable and had all of our questions answered - even the questions we didnt know to ask. He was very knowledgeable of the local market and the applicable laws, which helped us feel comfortable, even in a very competitive market. Once we found the right house, he helped us navigate multiple offers and understand how to make our offer competitive without over paying. Were very happy with our new house and look forward to working with Cas in the future!

Cas was very passionate! It's like he was a GOD sent gift. He was very patient ane ensured that we were provided with everything that we wanted. A seamless house hunting process! If I was to ever do this again, Cas will be the first agent to get notified. Six Star Agent indeed!

Cas is very professional and a deliverer of his word who exceeded my expectations. This was a gentleman who also sold my family our house (same house) and even though he was not my realtor at that time was still willing to help us out in what was a bit of an overwhelming experience, being a first time home buyer. He is a person of character that actually cares about his customer. The programs he has in place made me feel good that things would indeed work out as expected. Not only would I use Cas again I feel as though I've gained a friend in the process.
