I have been going to Mary for several years for Microshading on my eyebrows and lash lifts and tints. She always takes care to personalize the experience, as several times I have had a problem eyebrow (ie bleeding) and has opted to do less passes per session but multiple sessions because it is better for my skin and the longevity of the pigmentation. I called NueBella to schedule an appointment for microblading. Mary told me I would have to go in for a consultation to see if I would be a potential client. I was surprised she takes the time to do that most places dont. They schedule you without meeting you. I was told Im not a good candidate for microblading but I was for microshading. After meeting Mary I decided to get the complete eye package. I love waking up looking good! Mary makes me feel comfortable and explains everything. She provides detailed after care information and if I still have questions she is available to answer my questions or addresses my concerns. I feel better afterwards and I understand I have to trust the healing process. I have waited to write a review to see my healed results. I just had my one year touch up, I love my results and Im excited to try her other services. Services: Eyebrows, Microshading, Eyeliners, Permanent makeup touch-ups

Mary H is unprofessional and un unethical person. At the beginning she will get prepaid for service. Schedule your appointment, once you need to do touch up you need to wait over three months and not even finish it at this point not provide the agreed upon services. The services she does provide are subpar, especially her microblading services. She pretends to be an excellent business whose schedule is too busy to accommodate you after you pay a hefty sum of money but she really is just extremely greedy. When i scheduled my appointment she only had three months later then she called and said her ink didnt deliver and then rescheduled me that morning she Could have giving me heads up. She schedule next one one month later on her day off due to her mess up. After that She basically cancelled my next Appointment due to a patient having a reaction due to covid vaccine a patient had a reaction and was hospitalized and then when she rescheduled me three months later i had a eye infection that morning wanted me to pay a deposit of $200 and because i asked her for something in writing she stated that is talking about her integrity and she cant finish service and basically no refunds. I confronted her and said you cancelled 2 others should i charge you she said she couldnt do any services since i questioned her integrity when i asked her for paper work about the $200 deposit that she requested. I kept it to professional with her but we all have limita she cancelled many times and one time i have a eye infection and she cancelled on me twice she wants me to pay which i was willing eventually she cannot provide a paper work stating she will refund me thats odd. She constantly making excuses not to keep your appointments. I paid her in November of 2020 and even brought her a referral. If you even question her why you have to wait so long she can be very rude and tell you you are not her only client. Customer service is the key, you shouldnt have to pay for something and not get your services finish or get treated like this. She has no front desk, no staff she is greedy, unprofessional, and doesnt care about finishing the job. Maybe pay a little more and go somewhere else dont let those other reviews fool you. I guess i lost my money i dont write reviews but this is ridiculous. Businesses like this dont last i hope she changes. Services: Eyebrows, Microshading, Microblading, Powder brow styling

Unfortunately, Mary was unable to give me the microblading/shading eyebrows I wanted after 9 months+ of entrusting her with my goals. Whether it was Mary's interpretation or belief that her way of performing brow services is best or at least better than what I wanted as a client, at this point, it doesn't matter. And I won't get into all of the details or situations experienced with Mary because I believe that her perception is that she conducted herself professionally. Mary is a nice person as well and it is not my intent to dissuade you from using her services. However, I have severed my relationship with her business due to the reality of the actual events that took place over the many months I was her client. I was also quite surprised at her reaction to my displeasure which included a few exaggerated finger-pointing comments directed toward me. I also believe my privacy rights may have been violated as evidenced by Mary's admittance that she recorded and videotaped my appointments with her for which I was unaware. Other reasons dealt with not listening to my wants specifically how my eyebrows were to be shaped and the extended wait time between appointments. I wish Mary the very best in her endeavors and at the same time I would encourage her to listen more intently to a client's wants and needs and to be more transparent and forthright when performing services.
