        I had my taxes done here, and they lost my e-file form, either due to the incompetence of the volunteer Tommy Nguyen or pure negligence on United Way's part. They never contacted me about the missing form, and it took me a week of following up to get anywhere. Three different people with United Way were to contact me, none of them did. When I finally got in touch with VITA program manager John Romani, he made no apology nor took accountability for this egregious oversight. Do not trust them with your taxes.

        No one came to the door. I was there to drop off school supplies. I tried 3 times ringing the buzzer. I was frustrated.
