I used the company, Improved Living Provider for the first time yesterday on January 21st. Mehmet (aka Matt) has GREAT communication and is friendly! He is very responsive. I never had to wait for days for a response. He would respond within a few hours on the same day the message was sent which is good considering he is probably busy. I used his services to assemble a child car stroller and a bike. He was very nice and not condescending when I needed help to assemble toddler toys Lol! I was happy he agreed to do it because this wasn't furniture or a traditional request. Before our scheduled appointment, Matt was understanding that I had to actually return one item back to Amazon that I needed him to assemble and request a replacement. He was so professional and patient with me to make sure the new replacement item was delivered on time before our appointment. He was willing to meet later on that day if needed, but thankfully the item was delivered on time so we kept our scheduled time. I would definitely use him again!

I have worked with Mehmet for over 4 years now, he is very professional and gives reasonable estimates for the work you are requesting. Mehmet will always go over and beyond to explain to you the work he is performing and the additional enhancement advice for you. I really appreciate that his work is supurp as well as his bedside manor. Mehmet will make sure he gets you scheduled as soon as possible and sticks to it. ILP Home Services assembled my Kenmore 4 burner with Side Burner gas grill for me. I received excellent customer service and I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for grill assembly services.
