Love, love, LOVE this woman!!! Shes absolutely amazing and phenomenal at her job because she really does love what she does. We were in a bad situation and running out of time and she literally swooped in and saved us, showed us a house, closed the deal, and better than that, became a valued friend! The effort, attention, and care she puts into helping her clients is beyond anything Ive ever witnessed before and we could not be more grateful for everything she is and has done for us. Please dont walk, run to this woman for help. You will not regret one day spent working with her!!!

Im so glad we chose to enlist Joannas expertise for our home buying experience! My husband and I moved to Frederick County from out of state and had conflicting ideas of what we wanted in our next home. Joanna asked all the right questions and constantly sent houses our way, listening closely to our feedback on each property. She worked with us for 5 months until we found The One. Her positivity, great ideas and buying strategy led to an accepted offer. Then, she expertly liaised with the sellers agent on all of our questions, the inspection and further negotiations.
