        Totally unacceptable wait was 30 min mind you 6 staff members and only 2 patients. I had fasted for blood work. When I finally made it back I asked was she the only one working she said 2 others had told her they would be back ?? Really what happened to FH if your that burned out get out your not helping AND YOUR REPLACEABLE . Frederick Health you need to do better !!

        While all employees are professional, the check in process for labwork has changed and takes too long. My visit with only 4 others before me took an hour. Never had this problem here before.
