A Time to Unwind Massage Therapy

I had the pleasure of a 90 min time to unwind package massage which incorporated dry brushing and hot stones, highly recommend & will certainly be a repeat customer!

Valerie is a goddess. Not to sound weird here but she navigates my body better than I can. She knows exactly where to go when a muscle is out of wack and gives it hell. Ive seen probably over 30 massage therapists in my life and she by far is the one Id travel a good distance to go see. Im lucky to have stumbled upon her. So far Ive seen only 2 massage therapist in Frederick but I stopped looking when I found her. My usual is a 90min deep tissue probably every 2 months. She pays attention to the smallest details. During the winter the sheets are heated and has a little bar in the room set up for all sorts of things that you might find yourself needing like a hair tie or mint. Im afraid of bees and one time I went there the bees were in full force near the front door. She sprayed some citrus oil to defer them away while I ran through. Ive seen her during a back injury, workout fatigue, sciatica nerve issues and normal days. She always asks before each session what Id like to focus on and really tackles the root of whatever problem Ive had. Cant say enough good things.
