I called lendmark financial and I spoke to Amanda and I had told her I had a hard inquiry under my credit from landmark and it was never approved and she took the initiative to find out from her manager what number that I can contact to get the situation resolved Amanda was so wonderful and her customer service skills are very good and she was very helpful I commend her on her work and she's very positive and her attitude and she handled my situation very professional thank you Amanda and I recommend that she gets a promoted thank you sincerely Ushindi Hall

This company has the audacity to have me get together all my documents and then gas me come in to "finalize" the paperwork work because I was approved after applying. The did no due diligence waisted my time and was told there was nothing they could do. If they had done what they said and actually had this to the underwriting then this should of been seemless process. I recommend retraining you staff to serve people not to dollar. Don't know how you are still in business other than taking advantage of people not smart enough to read the fine print or understand when you all of you talk in circles. Here is the kicker I am still getting email saying I am approved. If this is any indication how you company is run then...

Dont do it! Predatory lending at its finest. Its not worth it in the end and they WILL get there money from you by any means possible.
