Days Inn by Wyndham Frederick

Was told I could not use my Wyndham Rewards membership to get a better rate because I was a walk in. Never has a Wyndham property ever denied member rates in all the years I've been with them, walk in or not. Then I was told he could not accommodate me with a pet friendly room after telling me the property allowed pets and I told him the pet was to be crated and not let out in the room. Was a really poor experience overall especially being late at night after traveling all day and just wanting a place to rest. Thank God a Choice hotel was able to accommodate me in the end. Usually stop here on the way to WV. Just built a new reception area- breakfast area is still being worked on. Things have really improved here!! The people at the front desk are extremely hospitable, wonderful to experience late at night after a long drive, and the room we stayed in was very good- 107. The bathroom vent was even clean!!!

Our room was super clean, a little old, but for the price its super acceptable. Lobby smells good and is clean. Employees very effective and friendly. Would definitely go back.

Overall great stay at this hotel. Room was nice with mirrors and paintings. Comfy beds and clean rooms. Fridge and microwave in room. Tv with cable and good wifi here. No bugs or no problems here. Iron and ironing board in the room along with a hair dryer. Rolling chair and arm chair in the room along with the double beds. The ac/heat works wonderfully. Deposit upon checkin and returned after checkout. Good location, Clean room, and Great service. 5 stars

Good price but poorly designed since renovations. Front lobby was moved from waffle house to the new building by the pool. Rooms: Nice spacious rooms Food & drinks: There's breakfast at 8 am and a waffle house located at the motel
