        Is zero available? In trying to provide product support to my customer this vendor refuses to call when parts arrive to keep in communication with my customer. I asked to be notified when the part comes in and they refused.

Wes - Thanks for keeping us up to date on new carrier equipment as well as the training resources for our new technicians. Kevin - Thanks for going "above and beyond" when parts are needed for heating repairs. There were a few occasions where you really made the difference this winter. Mark - Thanks for being quick and efficient, and also for not crashing into our vehicles while loading up all those new air conditioners. Thanks again from the whole team at Dan's Air!
