I am an attorney who represents customers of this company (DBA Nationwide Nationwide Exteriors and Nationwide Exteriors of Maryland.) Contract signed last Fall with completion date "2-3 months." Deposit of approximately $11,000 after being approached with the "we are doing work for your neighbors and are in the neighborhood" pitch. The rep on the contract is Ademdim Muratovic. No work done to date. Customer tried numerous times to reach out to find out what's going on. Ignored. Facts.

Used Nationwide Exteriors to replace siding and roof a little over a year ago. At the time, this company seemed to be well run with good reviews. I am not sure what has happened over the last year but something has changed. In the case of my home, the siding does not appear to be installed well as parts are lifting off and detaching. I reached out to the owner several times to request service where they stated someone would contact me within 5-7 days which never occurred. Owner is not accepting phone calls and does not respond to text. Will be filing a complaint with the Maryland Department of Labor and Better Business Bureau this week as this lack of customer service is unacceptable. Beware using this company for your home improvement projects.

Unresponsive to follow up service to repair brand new siding. Also installed outside lighting incorrectly and we had to buy all new lighting to replace the brand new lighting they ruined.

Is there a way to give below 0 reviews. This is the worst company to ever work on my house. Poor job they did my sidings and they sidings are falling off and the customer service is so rude. They hang up twice on me. Looking to file a complain with Maryland department of labor this week. Updating my previous review Nationwide honored the promise and came out and did the whole back side of house and it is holding on well now. thanks

Think twice before you open the door to these people. Working with Nationwide ended with damage to my home. Nationwide first appeared in my neighborhood in the months following a June 2002 hailstorm. The company obtained insurance settlements for roofing and siding replacements on several homes close to mine, including both of my next door neighbors. Their representatives made clear that Nationwide would document the damage and make the case to the insurance company. Given that theyd had some success, I decided to give Nationwide a shot. My insurance company was difficult. During one of the adjuster meetings with my insurance company, a Nationwide representative removed a piece of siding from my home, supposedly at the request of the field adjuster from my insurance company, who wanted to match it. At least, that was the story Nationwide told me. When my insurance company continued to deny the claim, Nationwide involved a public adjuster and told the adjuster the same story. The public adjuster Nationwides story to support the claim, reasoning that even if my insurance company continued to deny the hail damage, they would be required by law to either produce and reinstall the missing piece of siding, or failing that, to approve the siding replacement. This is where Nationwides story fell apart. It turned out there was zero paper trail. The Nationwide representatives in attendance did not create any documentation of the request. They took before and after pictures, which is obviously insufficient to prove who took the piece of siding and why. I can only come up with two explanations for this: Either the Nationwide representatives removed the siding themselves and then pointed their fingers at the insurance adjuster to try to force my insurance company to pay the claim, or they were simply negligent and careless. The former explanation means Nationwide committed fraud; the latter merely means theyre incompetent. Conveniently, the insurance companys adjuster is no longer employed there, and the Nationwide representatives are no longer with Nationwide either. Although Nationwide promised written statements from both of those former employees about what occurred, guess what never materialized? And of course, Nationwide has stopped responding to me. And we are still missing a piece of siding. My advice: Dont let them in. While you might get your home repairs covered, theres also definitely a chance you will be left with a mess.
