    I ordered my glasses 01.04.24 And they had not come in for over two months . Kirsten, the new manager at Francis Scott Mall, addressed my issues immediately, and my new glasses were ready in a matter of a few days after speaking with her. I so appreciate the extra effort she put into handling the situation professionally and promptly. I wish I could communicate this to her Supervisor how amazing she is and how grateful I am.

    Dont ever thinking of coming to this place! I want to emphasize the fact that they got a great eye doctor service. It is customer service that what will ruin your visit experience! I, 7 years customer of this exactly place, went there for my eye check up appointment and it went well. I was already wearing my thin gold glasses and they asked me to see if I want to order a new glasses but I decline. I told them I am very pleased with the glasses I used to have. They mentioned that they can take my current glasses frame and put in new rx lens since the manufacture doesnt make more of my favorite glasses frame. I was okay with it and they were reassuring me that everything will go smooth and I will be happy with the result of new lens along with mt favorite glasses frame. Two weeks later, I discovered that they have not make any progress with my order. They once again reassure me that it will be done in other TWO WEEKS. I was disappointed but as loyalty customer so i chose to trust them (I wish I didnt). So today, I called the store to see if my glasses are ready. They confirmed yes so I went inside the store later same day. Front desk assistant was already giving me attitude as if he dont want to serve me but I persisted. They sent one worker to back to receive me an order. It took them literally 20 minutes until I realized what the fruit they were doing. I doscovered the worker lazy put completely different glasses in my order. The worker legit tried to passed the random glasses as if it is my order. I open it and immediately told worker that it was completely wrong! Not even close! It was black and big round glasses not thin gold. They tried to apologize but have ZERO ANSWER to my question, where is my glasses? This is outrageous! 4 weeks! IT TOOK THEM 4 WEEKS TO A LAZY EMPLOYEE TO PASS A RANDOM GLASSES TO ME! Unacceptable period! I am going to report to BBB and consider a legal action since you guys robbed me of my precious gold thin glasses! I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE FOR ANY SERVICES! Below, I shared two photos. One of me with my favorite gold glasses. Other picture is what they tried to pass it off as it was mine. UNACCEPTABLE
