We recently purchased an older home in a rural area and have experienced multiple power outages in our first three months. Working remotely requires reliable power, as well as everyday living (e.g., Sump pumps, HVAC, security, refrigerator, etc.), so we solicited multiple bids to install a whole home generator. After conducting extensive research, we selected Generator Supercenter of Annapolis to install our 24KW Generac and have been pleased with every step of the process. From our initial meeting with Sarah, to working with their crews, to completing installation with Mike and brining it online, they met our expectations every step in the process. The communication from them was consistent, each time we communicated via phone, text and e-mail they promptly replied and kept us updated throughout our project. They also worked well with our propane provider to coordinate installation, inspections, and connection. This was a major purchase, so we appreciated their commitment to collaborating with us, their customer service and professionalism throughout our project. Seems strange to say this, though we look forward to the next power outage with complete confidence in our new system. If you are in need of a generator, GSoA should be your first choice. They sell the best generators from Generac. From sales, to install to the owner, they were truly terrific to deal with. I cannot recommend them enough. Buying a home or business generator is a big investment... buy from Generator Supercenter of Annapolis with confidence. I had some minor problems (not their fault at all - dead tank monitor) and they made it right. Thank you all for helping me with this project!

Quick note of appreciation to the team at Generator Supercenter. Our whole house standby install was completed just a few days ago and last night we lost utility power for seven hours due to the severe Thunderstorms that swept through the Annapolis area. The generator worked flawlessly, automatically detecting the power loss, firing-up, and as utility power was restored, powering down. Thank you Mike, Sarah, and Cloud for a quick, responsive, and professional experience of a major purchase.
