I almost never leave bad reviews, but Im too upset not to give a warning. Im not sure if I just caught them on a bad day but I left my new patient consultation in tears today and dont intend to return. Among many things that made me uncomfortable during this exam, the dentist quite literally told me that my business would be more successful if my smile was better. That was after telling him that Ive been insecure about my smile my whole life but have never had the funds to get braces or Invisalign. I felt talked at, pushed, and upsold. Really unfortunate waste of time, money, and mental energy. Its not that hard to be kind and consider people. Especially when theyre a new patient.

Everyone in this office is amazing. I called in around 1pm in extreme pain with a broken tooth. They are the only office I called that was willing to see me and extract the tooth in the same day. Karla, who answered my call was extremely helpful in scheduling my appointment and fitting me in immediately. Dr. Baddam and his dental assistant, Lily, were extremely patient with me and my fear of dental work. They took extra care to make sure i was comfortable and thoroughly went over my medical history to ensure it was safe to extract my tooth. I cannot say enough good things about this office. After 20 years of not having or seeing a dentist, I will most definitely be seeing Dr. Baddam routinely.

Dr. Verma was just wonderful as usual! He took the time to fill two cavities at the very end of the appointment that we had not planned to do at that visit. Then he texted me the next morning to see if I was OK. This practice and everyone who works here is so caring. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I highly recommend them!

They took me the same day for an urgent issue. Daniela and Dr. Budding were very reassuring during the whole visit.
