Lawrence and his are did a great job working on my chimney leak. Would highly recommend him for any issues you have. He worked to fix and leak and spayed the bricks to seal them. I just got off the phone with him on Sunday during the 4th of July weekend to talk about the chimney. That is amazing to me that he would take time out on Sunday to call me.

I called to ask about an estimate for my fireplace. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. I followed the instructions she provided and reached out to Larry with the specifics. Larry called and talked me through a solution that did not involve this company or make them money, and he still took the time to talk me through it and help me understand my options. I am very impressed with this level of service! I will use this company in the future!

Larry is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He seems to understand the value of education in customer satisfaction and takes the time to help customers understand their wood burning system and the best path forward. Pros: Professional, patient, knowledgeable, timely, quality service, dependable. Cons: Could inform of tax breaks I first contacted Chimney Care plus 3 years ago for a chimney cleaning. We had some frustrations with our wood stove, but didn't know enough to realize our system was not set up correctly. After inspecting our stove and chimney, Larry explained how our stove vented straight into into the fireplace and was not able to run efficiently due to poor airflow. Additionally, the build up on the brick was damaging our chimney. At the time, per our request, Larry put together a quote to line our chimney and install a modern stove that would run more efficiently. Ultimately, we opted to wait, as we figured out the ins and outs of our new home and made sure this was an investment we wanted to make. Fast forward to last fall when we contacted Chimney Care Plus again, this time to have the new stove and chimney installed. Larry was just as professional and helpful as our first contact and was able to get our have us up and running before winter took hold. Every step of the way Ann kept us informed and prepared us for what to expect. As of today we have run our new stove almost continuously since mid December and we could not be happier with the stove, the level of service and professionalism from Chimney Care Plus, and our improved understanding of an important part of our home. *A note about the lone con. Information on tax breaks is not something I expect as part of the service. This con is really less of a con, and more of a wish list. It would be a really helpful addition to the fantastic service we received. I did not realize that tax rebates were available for wood stoves until after mine was installed. My stove ended up just missing the efficiency cut off, and had I known ahead of time I may have chosen a different unit.
