Was lied to when I got my phone there about what plans would qualify for the port in New phone discount. I should have known better but thought I'd give them a second chance. I got my home internet there and wasn't getting the auto pay discount. After not getting anywhere I had the account canceled. Was able to have my number restored on a new account. Had customer service look over the account that was set at this location only to find out the store never put the promo code for the auto pay discount on the account they set up originally. GO TO 40 LOCATION!!! Reps nicer, more professional, and don't forget this. Customer service can't add the promo because it's a in store promo. I don't work for metro there I don't know this. If I did clearly I would have asked. Again..... DO.... NOT... GO.... TO... THIS... LOCATION

i came here with no intentions of doing anything but Yasmin in so knowledgeable and showed me a promotion that would save me about 106 for all my lines and she made sure i got a phone that was right for me. I am very glad that she was there and i will be looking for her any time i need anything. She is amazing and the Metro service is AMAZING!!!!! five stars in my book!!!!

Went to switch to metro last night. Went tot he store 40 they didnt have what I was looking for in stock.I got a quote to see how much it would cost because Ive tried this location before and ended up paying more. The guy told me I had to sign up for the $60 plan to get the deal for bringing my number. Dispite showing the guy on the metro website it says $40 unlimited plan and up he stuck with his word and I refused to transfer. The sore on rt 40 confirmed while now as there the $40 plan would get the new customer port in deal. The store it he mall also adds optional services without telling you. Dont go here. Go to the 40 store. Dont get scammed!
