Amy Rogerss knowledge and skills were utilized when she was asked to assist our organization along with multiple peer fire service partners with emphasis placed on the true understanding of collaboration. Core components included non-confrontational steps allowing our team to openly discuss the goal of achieving results. Keeping the group on track and coaching participants that breaks the cycle many have experienced of the white elephant in the room allows results and meaningful team building and clear vision.
