Dont understand the negative reviewsI had an excellent experience. Needed a replacement balance spring that NO ONE else seemed able to source, locally, or on the web. Jim, by phone, walked me through the part identification process. It DID take a while to receive, as it was not a stock item and had to be made. But upon arrival, a perfect fit. Price was reasonable, and he really was friendly and helpful.

We purchased Pella type mini-blind operators that were defective. None of them would turn. The customer service person was a real you know what. Awful to deal with! Unable to resolve a simple return. Because they never had a problem with this part in the past it had to be my mistake. Deal directly with Pella. The added cost is worth it.

The negative reviews are right on the money. If you are trying to save money on hardware you will find out why their prices are lower and it will cost you money in the long run. We purchased totally defective products and have to send them back at our expense , only get 80 percent back, and wait 90 days for a resolution.
