        Wayne failed twice to come to a client's office on two scheduled appointments. After he did visit the office he was unresponsive for over a week then calls me with an attitude that he couldn't get ahold of me, had the wrong number that I correct him on before. Then asks if I still want the estimate and I told him we've already been waiting a week that you were supposed to send it. Rudely hangs up. Wayne the only time you're worth is the few seconds that it took to write this.

        Great customer service! I brought in my Lenovo laptop because it would not turn on. Within 48 hours, the laptop was repaired and ready for pick up. Great communication during repairs. Before any work was done, I received a phone call from Wayne to let me know what was wrong, how much it would cost, and when work would be complete. I was able to test the laptop in the store to make sure it was working and also received a 30-day warranty. I highly recommend for your computer repair needs.
