River Pointe Apartments

I lived in river Pointe Apartments prior to ZPM Management taking over. I don't remember the management before ZPM, if someone has that company please list it. I have been gone since 2018 and now ZPM has put in 2 judgements against me stating I did not pay a security deposit. I told them to check with the company they purchased the ownership from because I put my security deposit and first rent payment down. How would I have been able to live there four 1.6 years prior to them taking over. Now I have to dig and find paper work from 4 years ago from the raggedy management company before ZPM and ZPM. Very sad! If you can help don't move there. If you have to keep all of your records and make sure it is accurate.

Worst place ever. We can NEVER speak to anyone in the rental office. They never answer the phone. We have been here for 2 months and they have been in our apartment 5 to 10 times without our notice for a leak in another apartment. We couldn't use our second bathroom for about a month. Every time they came in the left a big mess for me to clean up. They left big wholes in the walls for about a month . They bring in third party contractors so if anything is stole the are not responsible. DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!! They are supposed to have trash pick up . Nobody comes to pick it up so they just leave it in the hallway for weeks. It smells and it brings flies into our apartment.

The last thing you want to do is move here. Management is terrible, as you can see it was 01/21 when the manager of the property told me it would take 45days to repair .. WERE IN AUGUST & this is the bathroom Im left with AFTER Numerous emails RUNNNNNNN you will eventually hate it the previous management company were more attentive.

Does anyone work in the leasing office? I called and left 2 voicemails. I sent an email, no response what so ever. I genuinely wanted to see the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Now I'll call one more time before just moving on.

I really like the renovated apartments I just hate the building and property maintenance and the dirty peeling balconies is a eye sore trash cans was over flowing Trash was everywhere apartments are to pricey for poor maintenance
