        I think Avenue is a great place to live. My only issue so far is my upstairs neighbor. OMG I dont think Ive ever lived under anybody like this before. The amount of noise is at times unbearable. I dont know if they have carpet or not but if not they should. Upper level apts should always have carpet. They have no consideration for a tenant under them. Im quite sure the previous tenant had the same complaint. This would be my only reason to move once my lease ends. Other than that I really like it here. The staff are very friendly. The grounds and buildings are kept nice and clean. No issues so far with rodents or roaches. Quiet except for my upstairs neighbor. I would recommend Ave Apts.

        Currently renting from this property and my experience has been amazing! Every time I have called with questions the staff has been very kind and helpful. I want to give a big thanks to Gornea, for finding the right place I desire . I have seen bad reviews some good but I'm here to tell you go experience the property yourself and I guarantee you will love your place with a happy home. Thanks again .

        This property is great the ladies in the rental office are so nice they picked the best unit for me and my family I dont know which one made the choice but thank you so much my daughter school is a block away and my job is close around the area the property is quite and people are friendly you can even go on night walks with you children thats how safe it is and you other police officers that live on property besides myself and cameras around the property also gated and well keep by maintenance 24hr towing but overall I picked the best property the Avenue apartments Ill be here until I buy a house.
