        Wes and Erin were very helpful and really made us feel comfortable buying a pellet stove. Would highly recommend going here above any other places to look or purchase stoves.

        The actual pre-installation and installation experience was excellent. High quality tradespeople who were on-time, respectful, and excellent at their craft. I did not give this a five star review due to the timeline of the project and the opportunity for the communication to be improved. The salesperson did not give any indication that the project would take close to two months. They charge fees if you have to suddenly reschedule your pre-inspection or install, however in our case we had our first pre-inspection cancelled on same day and nothing was offered to us. We are certainly satisfied with the finished product. I will continue to give them my business but will also shop around a bit more if we have another similar project.
